Find Mor: Canyoning in Scotland an adventure film poster. A canyoneer looking downstream in a dark encased gorge
Feature Documentary | 76 mins

Exploration. Community. Discovery.

Scotland still has its mysteries roaring in

remote glens and sometimes hidden in plain sight.

Find Mòr follows a group of canyoneers over the span of two years as they embark on a journey of exploration into the hidden corners of the Scottish Highlands.

The film offers a unique perspective from within the relatively unknown niche community and discovers the myriad motivations that drive this passion of curiosity.

Setting out in search of uncharted canyons, they find true

adventure and forge deep connections to people and place.

"You come for the canyons but stay for the people."

Director’s Statement

"Our debut film, Find Mòr, is the first

canyoning documentary from the UK.

A key personal motivation was to give voice to a section

of the outdoor community who have been so welcoming

and afforded me a real sense of belonging,

yet rarely have their stories told.

I wanted to capture the essence of that welcoming community

and offer an open door to anyone seeking adventure and connection.

Raised in Scotland, I assumed every inch of the UK

had been visited and exploration was a thing of the past.

It's incredibly liberating to learn that these places

still remain in the UK, unmapped and unexplored."
